You may register for Summer 2020 here. Each camp will fill with 10 magicians, and then names will go on a wait-list. If we are allowed to have more than 10, we will fill from the wait list.
There is a special sliding scale price structure for this pandemic summer so that no one is anxious about being able to pay for their child coming to camp.
Robes and wands are required. Please order unless you have them from a previous year.

You must agree to following these safety procedures in order for all magicians and their families to feel comfortable this summer. Please read carefully.

I recognize and acknowledge that there are inherent risks in my child’s presence and participation in Enchantment Camps. I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability form will be used by Treewild, and that it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said events. In consideration of my registration and participation in this event, I hereby take action for my child as follows:

(A) I hereby expressly agree that the Treewild, inc, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives and agents, event holders, event sponsors and event directors (all hereinafter referred to as Treewild) shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal and/or bodily injury, including death or property damage sustained by my child, myself or my guest while participating in Enchantment Camps. I assume full responsibility for any such injuries or damages that may occur. I also specifically agree that Treewild shall not be responsible for any such injuries, loss or damage even in the event of negligence or fault by Treewild.

(B) Indemnify and Hold Harmless the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made by other individuals and entities as a result of any of my actions during this event.

I am aware the Treewild does not provide health and accident coverage for my child and it is my responsibility to pay any medical bills from injuries sustained while participating in Enchantment Camps.

I hereby consent for my child to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident and/or illness during this event.

I understand that at this event or related activities, my child may be photographed. I agree to allow their photo, video or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by Treewild.

Covid-19 Waiver and Liability Release
Terms*
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, international governments and health agencies recommend social distancing, frequent hand-washing and the use of masks. Enchantment Camps/ Treewild has put preventative measures in place to curtail the spread of COVID-19; however, EC cannot guarantee that you or your child(ren) will not become infected. Further, attending camp could increase your risk and your child(ren)’s risk of contracting COVID-19.

(A)By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that my child(ren) and I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending Enchantment Camps, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at Enchantment Camps may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, Enchantment Camps employees, volunteers, and program participants and their families.

(B) I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my child(ren) or myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or my child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with my child(ren)’s attendance at camp (“Claims”). On my behalf, and on behalf of my children, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Enchantment Camps and Treewild, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Enchantment Camps, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any camp program.

Each camp is limited to 12 magicians. Your name will go on a wait list after the camp is full. If we are allowed to have more kids in a group, we will draw from the wait list. Check which camps you would like your magician to attend.

About the Payment
We recognize that during the pandemic, many people have had their income curtailed, while others would like a way to support their peers in this economically difficult time. Because of this, registration fees will be on a sliding scale. Please pay what makes you comfortable. $400 is enough to cover a scholarship $300 is enough to cover camp costs $200 is enough with a scholarship WAY OF THE BARD FEES $350 with covid scholarship $550 regular $750 to cover a scholarship
